• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• Non-returnable items: personal care, customized products, gift cards, digital items.

• Refunds processed to the original payment method within 7–14 days after inspection.

• Exchanges available for Manufacturing defect, damaged, or wrong items only with videos and pictures of original packaging of product.
